Cody Jon is an independent Australian artist, viral for his creative, nostalgia-infused music and videos. He is bringing back the golden age of 2000s Pop/R&B and blending it with the sounds of Jazz and Old Hollywood that soundtracked his childhood. Cody’s silky-smooth vocals, hard-hitting dance breaks, and clever wordplay make him the kind of pop star we haven’t seen in a while. Cody’s songs are unapologetically hook-heavy showing a healthy respect for the pop-stars of the 90’s but self-produced with the zaininess of someone who is a fan of all genres and periods in music. Writing intimate, sarcastic, and melancholic stories over a great beat is Cody’s area of expertise. You’ll be too busy dancing around to realize you’re singing lyrics about a hilariously tragic breakup or a doomed situationship. Cody Jon in his latest single, "Honey” captures the euphoria of a fleeting romance on the dance floor, pushing reality and imagination into a moment of possibility. Inspired by a wild night in Hollywood, "Honey" tells the story of two people who meet each other from afar. Temptations arise when they're mistaken for a couple, and they choose to go with the flow and surrender to the night.
